Walmart suffers gas drive off

On April 30, Manning Police Cpl. David Wells was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a complaint.
Upon arrival, he spoke with the gasoline store clerk who said someone had pumped $50 worth of gas into a pump and drive away without paying. The clerk said he would have to wait for the store manager to come in and pull the tape.
He did not see who pumped the fuel.
