Two of the three men wanted by the Clarendon County Narcotics Task Force turned themselves into authorities on Aug. 2. The CCNTF arrested the third man late Friday afternoon.
Late Friday afternoon, officers with the CCNTF arrested Harry Desean Nelson, 35, on two counts of distribution of crack cocaine, two counts of distribution of crack cocaine within ½-mile of a park or school and one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. Authorities said they are adding a resisting arrest to the charges against Nelson.
The CCNTF arrested four individuals on a variety of drug charges on July 27 with only one remaining in jail.
Clarendon County Sheriff Randy Garrett echoed his statement from earlier in the week.
“The officers worked hard,” Garrett said. “We will continue to follow the information given to us from our citizens.”
