A Turbeville man, Timothy Christopher Christmas, was arrested on Wednesday, April 28, for allegedly molesting two boys, ages six and eight.
According to Sheriff’s Office reports, both of the young boys were in foster care and under the supervision of the Clarendon Count Dept. of Social Services.
The acts were described to a DSS worker in an interview with the children regarding an incident that happened approximately two years ago.
The boys told authorities that two adults were involved in the incident, but could only identify one of the perpetrators, Christmas.
Christmas was arrested and charged with two counts of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor under the age of 11.
Christmas was released from the Clarendon County Detention Center on Friday, April 30, on a $60,000 surety bond.
If convicted, Christmas could face a sentence of 25 years minimum on each count.
