Prowler

On Feb. 1, Manning Police Lt. Allen Lee and Sgt. Carlos Rangel responded to Brockington Street in reference to a prowler. The complainant told Lee that she heard someone knock on her rear door and then attempt to turn the doorknob. She said that she and a friend both heard the knock and began locking doors. They told the officers that they did not see anyone around the residence. The officers reported checking the area, but were unable to locate anyone.
