Marijuana bags found outside restaurant

On July 23, Manning Police Cpl. Alexander Dukes responded to a restaurant on the Paxville Highway on an unrelated call. While there, he was approached by a customer in the restaurant who told him she had found a bag containing six smaller bags and one larger bag of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. The woman said she found the bag on the ground outside the restaurant.
