Joseph Ray Hutchinson

PAMPLICO – Joseph Ray Hutchinson, 53, of Pamplico, died Sunday, March 14, 2010, at his residence. Born in Brunswick, Ga., a son of David Elwood and Mildred Maye Byrd Hutchinson, he was a member of the Cornerstone Fellowship in Manning, an avid hunter, and he loved fishing. He was preceded in death by his brother Jonathan Paul Hutchinson, who died in 2004.

Surviving are his parents of Pamplico; his children, Jennifer Michelle (Glenn) Graham, Samuel Lester Hutchinson, Andrew Joseph Hutchinson, Krystal Ellen Fernandez and Hope Ann Hutchinson, all of Manning; brothers, the Rev. Timothy Hutchinson of Dublin, Ga., and Stephen Hutchinson of Chipley, Fla.; sister, Rebecca Jean Morgan of Dublin, Ga.; grandchildren, Shelby Graham and Brianna Graham, both of Manning, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home to assist the family.

Funeral services were held on Friday, March 19, 2010, in Mount Elon Free Will Baptist Church.

Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home of Florence was in charge of the arrangements.
