Five bags of groceries left in break-in

On July 26, Manning Police Sgt. Carlos Rangel and Sgt. Donell Dixon responded to East Huggins Street in reference to a break-in. The complainant told the officers that when he arrived home from work he found five bags of groceries on his couch and a letter from his girlfriend. The complainant told the officers his girlfriend removed a fan from a window to gain entrance into his home.
