Debit card used to make $193 in unauthorized transactions

On June 1, Manning Police Cpl. Tina Mack spoke with the complainant who lives in West Virginia about three unauthorized transactions on his debit card that was in his possession. The man told Mack that two transactions, $95 and $96, were made at a local retail store and a $1.84 transaction was made at a local restaurant.
