JV Lady Saints - 26/JV Lady Confederates - 11

Clarendon Hall’s J.V. Lady Saints defeated Andrew Jackson’s J.V. Lady Confederates on Jan. 17 at home, 26-11.

Leading scorers were Kaela Phillips with eight points and Shannon Corbett with six points. Abigail Jenkinson brought down 11 rebounds. Bailey Connors had eight rebounds.

With this win, the J.V. Lady Saints are 8-0 on the season.

Lady Eagles - 51/Lady Saints - 50

The Lady Saints lost to Covenant Christian’s Lady Eagles on Jan. 14 in Columbia in overtime, 51-50.

Katelyn Carlisle led the scoring with 20 points. Rachel Carlton scored 10 points and Sonam Kuber scored seven points.

Lady Saints - 36/Lady Confederates - 32

The Lady Saints defeated Andrew Jackson’s Lady Confederates in a region game on Jan. 17 at home, 36-32.

Katelyn Carlisle scored 13 points with two steals and two assists. Kaitlyn Sawyer had seven points, eight rebounds and six steals. Rachel Carlton put up five points with seven rebounds. Kelsey Carlisle scored five points, Sonam Kuber had four points and Jessica Brazell had two points.

Saints - 50/Confederates - 37

Clarendon Hall’s varsity boys defeated Andrew Jackson’s Confederates on Jan. 17 at home, 50-37.

Leading scorers for Clarendon Hall were Kevin Bennett with 14 points and Hunter Hodges with 12 points, seven rebounds, three steals and seven assists. Waymon Hall added six points. Daniel Cogdill had four points with 11 rebounds. Bennett had five rebounds, five steals and one assist.

With the win, the Saints improve their record to 5-9 overall and 2-0 in region play.

Clarendon Hall travels to Jefferson Davis on Jan. 24, Andrew Jackson on Jan. 27, and will host St. Francis on Jan. 31.
