Clarendon Hall
On Thursday, March 11, selected students from Clarendon Hall attended the Annual SCISA Spring Music Festival held at the USC School of Music in Columbia, with music teacher, Candy Ashba.
Two seniors, Caesar Aparicio and Ashlynn Pierce, along with freshmen Taylor Avins and Anna Cogdill, eighth grader Emily Corbett, seventh grader, Damien Jones, sixth graders Regan Galloway, Delaney Peeler and Del Magaw and second grader Joey Carlisle, all represented the school in the competition.
Of the six soloists and four pianists, all performed receiving excellent and above ratings.
Five of the soloists earned silver medals and one earned a gold.
Of the pianists, all four received gold medals.
