Clarendon Hall defeated Coastal Christian 30-0 in JV Football action Thursday, Sept. 22 in Mt. Pleasant.
In the first half, Tilton McCrae carried the ball five times for 49 yards and two touchdowns and returned a 30 yard punt for another. He added two 2-point conversions. quarterback Dustin Way's touchdown and a Daniel Pappas 2-point conversion put the Saints up 30-0 at halftime.
In the second half, Clarendon Hall's second team kept the Cougars from scoring and moved the ball well but did not score. Gavin Allan rushed for 29 yards.
On defense, the Saints were led by Allan and Corey Huff with 4 tackles each. Pappas had an interception. Trey Thomas added a sack and recovered two fumbles. Michael Hutsell had a fumble recovery.
Clarendon Hall improves to 4-0 on the season. The Saints next play at Faith Christian on Friday, Sept. 29 at 6 p.m.
