Car broken into

On Jan. 30, Manning Police Cpl. Willie Gay and Det. Sgt. Sonia Daniels responded to South Church Street in reference to a car break-in. The complainant told officers someone broke her driver’s side window and stole her purse. The officers also said they observed two dents on the door of the vehicle. The purse and its contents were valued at $40.
