Adell Avis Tilton Broadway

Adell Avis Tilton Broadway, 72, widow of Thomas Nelson Broadway, died Monday July 30, 2012, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning.

Born Sept. 2, 1939, in Andrews, she was the daughter of the late Robert Tilton and Betty Grey Cox Tilton. She was a housewife.

Surviving are four daughters, Pandora Cabeza (Tony) of Greer, Vickie Logan (Wayne) of Manning, Anne Blackmon of Manning and Darlene Broadway (Jennifer) of Cincinatti, Ohio; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; eight sisters and three brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home in Manning with Rev. Dale Turner officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, Anne Blackmon, 1064 Locust Way, Manning.

Stephens Funeral Home & Crematory, 304 N. Church Street, Manning, is in charge of arrangements.
