$7 stolen in armed robbery

On June 26, Manning Police Cpl. Alexander Dukes and Patrolman Cam Welsh responded to East Huggins Street at Allendale Avenue in reference to an armed robbery. The complainant told the officers she was walking down East Huggins Street when a black male approached her with some type of object in his hand that he placed to her head. She told the officer she wasn’t sure if the object was a gun. She said he took $7 in cash from her and fled.
