$3,000 worth of fence stolen

On June 21, Clarendon County Sheriff’s Deputy Gabriel Blackwell spoke with a complainant on W.E. Road in Manning in reference to a stolen fence. The complainant told Blackwell that someone stole $3,000 worth of fence that she had rolled up near her shed.
